Cinder block or concrete for shed basement?

My town only allows 10x12 sheds so I planning to build a basement for it to increase storage. There seem to be two options: pour a slab then build cinder block walls on the slab, or build forms and pour the entire basement out of concrete. Is there a reason for preferring one method to the other? The concrete would have thinner walls obviously.
